ER Collets - Ultra Precision

Collets are a critical and often overlooked element of the CNC machine motor drive, because they transfer the power from the spindle to the tool and they provide the alignment of the tool to the spindle.  We supply the full range of ER collets and these are the most common collets on modern multipurpose CNC routing machines.  The DIN/ISO standards allow for various ranges of accuracy, so it is important to recognise that not all ER Collets are equal.  We only supply Ultra Precision ER Collets, because they will enable high speed cutting

Ultra Precision means : 5 micron maximum run-out (T.I.R. - Total Indicated Runout)
